At 8PM Supplies, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must have original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
